For over 25 years, the Reeves-Sain family of medical services has continued in the tradition of being so much more than a drug store. By listening and learning from their female patients, Reeves-Sain has grown to include a women’s health program designed to offer a variety of solutions for every woman from new moms to menopause.
As a compounding pharmacy, Reeves-Sain specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Cindy Smith, pharmacist and director of women’s health says, “BHRT is a natural alternative to conventional synthetic hormones therapy. Everything is compounded here and is all natural and plant derived.” Pharmacists work hand in hand with patients and their doctors discussing options such as lifestyle modifications including food, skin care, and sleep while also providing testing for hormone levels and adrenal function. “We work with patients’ doctors to design a hormone and vitamin/ nutrition regimen that will work for them,” Cindy says. “I have been a pharmacist for 17 years, and working for Reeves-Sain has been the most rewarding.
