From the youngest grin to the oldest smile and every age in between, Dr. Rachel Johnson, DMD and her team of caring dental professionals strive to provide families with comprehensive dental care to achieve optimum oral health through every stage of life.

“We want to grow with you,” says Dr. Johnson. “Our energetic team is here to make you happy. Together we want you to be well informed about your oral health and trust us in the care of your entire family.” Dr. Johnson and her staff offer amalgam-free fillings, endodontics, extractions, crown and bridge work, implant restorations, partial and complete dentures, veneers and pediatrics. They also provide complimentary consults for Lumineers and in office Zoom! whitening.

One of the hallmarks of Dr. Johnson’s practice is her emphasis on continuing education in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and pediatrics for herself and her team of experienced hygienists. Dr. Johnson says, “Our hygienists are extremely gentle, yet thorough and highly skilled in periodontal therapy, oral hygiene instruction, and are trained in using the latest in periodontal treatments, including Arestin placement.”

“Quality dentistry is something I practice every hour of every day, striving towards perfection with each patient,” she says. “Helping our adult patients achieve the cosmetic results they’ve waited so long for makes me truly excited to come to work every day and see a new case. The children we see throughout the day add that perfect balance of humor and vitality that makes every day completely unique.”

A graduate of the University of Mississippi and U of M’s College of Dentistry, Dr. Johnson came to Tennessee from her hometown of Baton Rouge, LA in 2006. She began practicing in both Franklin and Murfreesboro while building her new facility. With a goal of providing patients with a place to have all their dental needs met with the most advanced equipment in a luxurious and comfortable environment, Dr. Johnson and her office manager planned for the perfect location and design brought to fruition by Shaub Construction and Patterson Dental Supply. Dr. Johnson opened her new office in October of 2006. “We started this practice with one room and one additional staff member that would answer phones and double as my assistant when needed. In the one and a half years we have been open, we’ve expanded to 3 rooms (and are in the process of building our fourth), and our wonderful staff is constantly growing.”
