It is in working with a patient’s physician to make sure their drug therapy is appropriate for them or simply delivering medication to a patient that is sick and has no means to pick up their medicine, or meeting them in the middle of the night for an emergency as we often do. We will often customize a medication (compound) for a child leaving Vanderbilt that needs a heart medication and is not available in that small of a dose.” Reeves-Sain began in 1980 as Reeves-Powell, owned by Richard Reeves and Ron Powell. Under the leadership of partners Shane Reeves and Rick Sain it has become the leading provider of pharmacy and health services in the area.
