A Neighbor to Count On
|
Howard Wilson fits the profile of an entrepreneur. A successful lawyer in Rutherford County for over 17 years, Howard is also a licensed residential and commercial contractor and in March of 2006 formed Heritage Land Title, LLC with local lawyer Adam Dodd.
In 1990, Howard began his law practice, buying and renovating his office on Murfreesboro’s Square. In 1995 he formed an association with Susan Bradley who specializes in worker’s comp and social security/disability, thus forming Wilson & Bradley Attorneys at Law.
Howard offers legal services for real-estate matters, worker’s comp, criminal cases, various civil matters, and bankruptcy law. He says, “I have been very fortunate to have represented hundreds of citizens here in Rutherford County. My clients can expect courteous service and personal attention. Clients can talk directly with me about any issues or questions. I enjoy helping my clients realize their goals and resolve their problems.”
Howard’s interest and involvement in real estate is long-vested. “Because I’ve been involved in so many aspects of real estate from developing neighborhoods to commercial construction, I have a better perspective when representing clients in real estate matters. As part of Murfreesboro’s Planning Commission, Howard has been able to be a part of helping the Murfreesboro community to sustain a healthy but steady growth. “The goal is for Murfreesboro to grow, but maintain a sense of place…maintaining its heritage and quality of life.”
With an extensive background in law and hands-on experience in all areas of development and construction, Howard is the ideal person to handle any real-estate matter. At Heritage Land Title, LLC Howard and partner Adam Dodd provide clients with services in every aspect of real-estate transactions including contracts, closings, sales, assisting sellers and buyers, and title research.
His background in law allows Howard to offer clients professional legal advice concerning zoning issues and the ability to handle real-estate litigation in case of title disputes or disputes between builders and home owners. “We focus on having efficiency,” says Howard. “. . . Handling closings expeditiously with the least amount of down time. We strive to get everything done on the front end and work closely with real estate professionals to save our clients time and money.”
